By accessing and using KYM Computers services, you accept the following terms and conditions of service.
We are a virtual store. We offer software sales, streaming services (IPTV), and remote installation. We also sell physical computer equipment via home delivery.
All payments are made in advance before the delivery or activation of the digital service. Due to the nature of digital products (software and streaming), we do not offer refunds once the service is delivered, unless the product presents verifiable technical failures that our support cannot solve.
Our software activations and physical equipment have a limited warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, viruses, or formatting of the equipment by the customer in the case of software.
Digital services are delivered immediately via WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation. The shipment of physical equipment is subject to the availability and schedules of transport companies in the Dominican Republic.
Disclaimer: KYM Computers operates as an independent distributor or reseller of access to streaming platforms (including, but not limited to Netflix, HBO, Disney+, IPTV, Flujo TV, Ibo Pro). We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these trademarks, whose copyrights belong to their respective owners.
Service Stability: As these are services operated by third parties (external servers), we are not responsible for temporary outages, source server maintenance, customer internet fluctuations, or loss of specific channels in IPTV services. Our "Support and reactivation" guarantee is limited to managing reconnection during the contracted validity according to technical possibilities.
Account Usage: For shared accounts or specific profiles, it is strictly forbidden to change passwords, modify names or PINs of other profiles, and use the service on more devices than contracted. Any alteration of the data or misuse of the account will immediately void the Streaming Warranty, resulting in the definitive termination of the service without the right to a refund.
Refunds: All streaming sales are final. In case of permanent interruption of a service for reasons beyond the control of KYM Computers, an equivalent alternative service will be offered for the remaining time, but no monetary refunds will be issued.
